Good contract and project governance can unlock the envisaged procurement value and deliver a quality outcome
Within most organisations, contract management and project management are tools used to manage risk and deliver value. Typically they are used for high dollar value high risk acquisitions that are delivered over an extended time period. Our experience indicates that the required governance controls and standards to manage these contracts and projects are usually not as rigorous as they should be, resulting in issues such as conflicts, reduced value and material variations.
The JNW team have assisted a large number of organisations to successfully deliver projects and strengthen controls over contract management. From councils, universities, sporting bodies to privately owned enterprises, we have evaluated contract management frameworks and project governance. We have created a unique model that enhances the probability of achieving the contracted benefits and/or successful delivery of a project.
